Terms of Service

By accessing or using the QNT/L.ai website ("Site") and the products and services provided by Blackfin Research LLC, d/b/a QNT/L ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

QNT/L provides revenue design consulting services, including revenue operations strategy, AI-powered sales system design, and buyer experience architecture. QNT/L also produces and makes available research, commentary, ratings, scores, and index content, including the Revenue Architecture Index (RAI); institutional intelligence and diligence products; and licensed access to QNT/L data sets, research corpus, and application programming interfaces (APIs). All engagements and licensed access are governed by separate statements of work, order forms, subscription terms, or engagement or license agreements, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

QNT/L publishes research, commentary, ratings, scores, and index content, including the Revenue Architecture Index (RAI). All such content represents QNT/L's opinions and analytical judgments as of the date of publication. It is based on information believed to be reliable but is not independently audited, verified, or guaranteed. It is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not investment, legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and it is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to enter into any transaction. Ratings and scores are statements of opinion, not statements of fact, audit opinions, or guarantees of any result or future performance. You are solely responsible for any decision you make, and you should not rely on QNT/L content as the sole basis for any decision without conducting your own independent analysis and obtaining your own professional advice. QNT/L is under no obligation to update any content after publication.

To the extent QNT/L publishes research or coverage that is commissioned, sponsored, or otherwise paid for by the subject of the coverage or by a third party, QNT/L will disclose the existence of that relationship. Commissioned or sponsored coverage reflects QNT/L's independent analytical judgment, and the disclaimers set out in these Terms apply to it in full. Payment for coverage does not guarantee any particular rating, score, conclusion, or outcome.

Access to QNT/L data sets, research corpus, ratings and index feeds, APIs, and related institutional products is licensed, not sold, and is governed by the applicable order form, subscription, or license agreement. Except as expressly granted in a signed agreement, any access is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and provided solely for the licensee's internal business use. You may not, and may not permit any third party to: (a) redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, broadcast, or otherwise make available QNT/L data, ratings, scores, research, or content to any third party; (b) use QNT/L content or data to develop, train, or improve any competing product, service, model, index, rating, or data set; (c) exceed the seat, query, call-volume, or other usage limits stated in your agreement, or access the APIs by any means other than the interfaces and credentials we provide; (d) remove, alter, or obscure any attribution, disclaimer, watermark, or proprietary notice; or (e) represent QNT/L ratings, scores, or content as your own or as independently verified by you. We may monitor usage and may suspend or revoke access for any violation of these Terms or the applicable agreement.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is the property of Blackfin Research LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Ownership of deliverables produced during client engagements is governed by the applicable engagement agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, QNT/L retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

You agree not to: (a) use the Site or any QNT/L product for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks; (c) interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Site or any QNT/L product; or (d) scrape, mine, harvest, or extract data, ratings, or content from the Site or any QNT/L product without our prior written permission.

The Site, products, and services, including any research, ratings, scores, index content, data, and APIs, are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Past client results or historical data referenced on this Site do not guarantee future outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackfin Research LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site, any QNT/L product or service, or any research, ratings, scores, or content, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, products, services, or content shall not exceed the amounts you paid to QNT/L for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blackfin Research LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
