    Justin Go

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE 

    Justin Go is a commercial operator whose work spans revenue strategy, enterprise growth, go-to-market design, acquisition integration, and artificial intelligence.

    Prior to QNT/L, he spent a decade in executive leadership across two businesses within the same portfolio group. During that period, the portfolio grew from approximately $6 million to $40 million in annual recurring revenue. He led the commercial integration of its largest competitor acquisition and later drove organization-wide adoption of generative AI, establishing workflows, operating standards, and executive practices across the business.

    Today, Justin leads QNT/L, a commercial intelligence and revenue design firm focused on the systems beneath growth.

    His work is grounded in a simple conviction:

    AI does not repair a poorly designed organization. It amplifies the architecture already underneath it.

    QNT/L examines the structures connecting market intelligence, positioning, go-to-market strategy, pipeline, forecasting, enterprise execution, account expansion, and executive decision-making. The firm combines outside-in intelligence, original research, revenue architecture, and AI-native operating systems to identify where commercial performance is being constrained and redesign the system beneath it.

    Justin is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and holds executive certifications from MIT Sloan School of Management in Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Technologies.

    He is based in Seattle.

    Tracy Livingston is a technology executive whose work spans enterprise architecture, artificial intelligence, automation, and large-scale systems modernization. Prior to QNT/L, Tracy worked across the State of Colorado’s Office of Information Technology, OpenTV and Spectrum, modernizing complex systems across government, media, telecommunications, and software. His recent work has focused heavily on applying AI and automation to enterprise operating environments, with an emphasis on efficiency, responsible deployment, and scalable infrastructure. At QNT/L, Tracy serves as Chief Technology Officer, leading the firm’s technology strategy, AI infrastructure, data architecture, diagnostic engine, ratings pipeline, and automation systems. He is based in Denver.

    Alix Wiley is a finance and wealth-management executive whose work spans private wealth, financial planning, client strategy, and the stewardship of complex financial relationships. Prior to QNT/L, Alix built her career in Sports & Entertainment Wealth Management with Truist, supporting a portfolio of professional athletes whose combined assets exceed $500 million. At QNT/L, Alix serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the firm’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, operating discipline, and financial infrastructure. She is based in San Diego.

    Jesse Dewald

    AI INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

    Jesse Dewald is an enterprise cloud and infrastructure engineer with more than 15 years of experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud security, and production systems. Prior to QNT/L, Jesse served as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Applied Information Sciences, following earlier cloud engineering work within the Microsoft ecosystem. His experience includes infrastructure design, administration, security, and regulated enterprise environments, and he is a CMMC Registered Practitioner. At QNT/L, Jesse owns the infrastructure layer beneath the firm’s AI systems, including production compute, cloud architecture, deployment, and security across the diagnostic engine, ratings pipeline, and research infrastructure. He is based in San Diego.
