Scam Alert

QNT/L (operated by Blackfin Research LLC) is aware that bad actors may impersonate legitimate companies to commit fraud. We take this seriously and want to help you identify authentic communications from our team.

Official QNT/L communications will only come from email addresses ending in @qntl.ai. We will never contact you from free email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) for business purposes.

• Request payment to a personal account, cryptocurrency wallet, gift-card service, or peer-to-peer payment app, or to any account not named in your countersigned agreement or on an invoice issued from an @qntl.ai address. Legitimate QNT/L payments are made only to the Blackfin Research LLC business account identified in your executed agreement.
• Ask for your bank account credentials, Social Security number, or passwords
• Offer unsolicited employment or contract work via social media DMs
• Pressure you into immediate payment or decisions with urgent deadlines
• Send invoices for services you did not engage

• Communications from email addresses that do not end in @qntl.ai
• Requests for payment before a formal engagement agreement is signed
• Job offers that require upfront payment or personal financial information
• Messages with poor grammar, generic greetings, or suspicious links
• Unsolicited outreach claiming to be from QNTL leadership that originates outside a @qntl.ai address or cannot be independently verified through qntl.ai.

If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to be from QNT/L, do not respond, click any links, or provide personal information. Instead, forward the message to hello@qntl.ai so we can investigate.

You may also report the incident to the Federal Trade Commission or the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center.
